We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

UK mainland first class delivery charges

Orders below £40.00: £3.50

Orders above £40.00: FREE (1st Class Signed for)

International standard class delivery charges

Orders below £60.00: £8.50 (International Standard)

Orders over £60.00: FREE (International Standard)

Returns Policy

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items. Please quote the KerrieBerrie order number in a cover note, along with any returns.
